Ingredients

  • 1 small banana.
  • 100g fresh cheese (creamy) or non-fat protein yoghurt.
  • 30g (2tbsp) condensed milk.
  • 100g avocado, healthy fat like the kind in olive oil.
  • A little bit of lemon juice.

Instructions

  1. Pour everything into a blender and blast for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth.
  2. Pour into two serving glasses and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  3. Serve with caramelized sugar.
